There can be many reasons why we feel angry. Pain and sadness are buried deep inside your heart or disappointment or anything for that matter. It doesn't always mean that you have a behaviour problem. Feeling good is a big deal. Let me walk with you to find a solution so you can better.

My Christian Background
Wearing one's religion on your sleeve isn't productive, but it is good to know that I have a religious background, namely Pentecostal and Methodist, and this is where I learnt a lot of things about life spanning over 25 years. I am not selling you a religion. I am here to be your Holistic Counsellor and help you through life's challenges through the Holistic Counselling process focused around your well-being through the counselling process.
