Took measurements 3 times, windows was not the correct size we had to break bricks for the windows to fit. Jacques first installation team brought a sick person to my house, and with Covid-19 we all know that this is not allowed. Jacques attacked me in the email and basically said what is he suppose to do about it. Person was so ill that he was lying against the vehicle door, my life and that of my employees does not matter. This team also wore their facemasks around their neck. All windows we had to reinstall ourselves, was scew. Again no pure excuse from Jacques. Then they told us they only supply standard size sliding doors...why do they call themselves fabricators and they wanted to charge us extra. We wanted a nice pivot door with aliminium details with small windows on side, he showed us pictures and assured us it will look fantastic. His quote was R19000. We received a flimsy white sliding door that pivots. Can you believe R19000 for a sliding white framed door.
