About Us

With over the 12 years of practice, Advocate Boltman’s practice has grown exponentially in litigating, settling of matters and becoming the all-round practitioner she is today.
Adv. Boltman is affiliated to various platforms such as the WOZA women in law organization, #wetoowomenlawyers, which respectively recognize women in their fight for justice, gender parity and equal briefing patterns within the legal profession. She is affiliated to causes which redress the injustices of the past and forges her own path based on integrity, experience and justice.
Advocate Boltman has recently accepted the position of deputy chancellor to the Anglican Bishop of the False Bay Diocese.
She is also a member of the Legal Practice Council Investigating Committee which investigates the ethics and integrity of practitioners within the Western Cape.
The Advocate’s reputation further displays valiance in eviction matters in communities who barely have the funds to sustain their own households let alone afford attorneys and advocates.
Access to Justice is at the core of what Advocate Boltman is passionate about.
She has most recently been seen advocating against parental alienation and gender violence and is often found to be presenting topics of this nature on radio and social media platforms.
