This was my second clean with DeJavu. It started rough because your guy was 1½ hours late and to top it his machine broke. He improvised as I couldn't take another day off work. His equipment is outdated and he doesn't have a proper machine to such out the water afterwards. However he was willing and able and did good work. You charged me R840 and I offered R900. On a scale from 1-10, will I use your services again? Yes, but please make sure next time to check all your equipment before sending someone out.
