Overcharged for an incomplete job, had to be assisted by my neighbour with showing him how to put back together a flush-master. Really not impressed with the service. Sent laughing emojis when I complained about the services. Would not recommend.

We apologise for the inconvenience and any misunderstanding regarding the work done. The toilet flush master was faulty and required replacement, which could not be completed without the new part. The washing machine basin connection was fixed, and only a partial charge was applied for the additional issue. We also apologise if our communication came across as insensitive.
