I have 33 years experience in restaurants, having consulted, designed and opened 9 stand alone restaurants, mentored for TEP and built a community project restaurant, sold a Master Franchise Licence for an international franchise, and selected & negotiated sites then, helped design, project manage and open 21 franchised restaurants between Est London and Windhoek.
Currently involved in two brands in CT, fitting out a food truck, and opening "Dark Kitchens".
