We started retailing human hair extensions , wigs , synthetic weaves and fiber/s for the general public and passing trade . In the 1st 6 months it was a new concept , after that it took off rapidly .
It is an ever evolving market where you have to introduce new styles and innovation to yield customer satisfaction . Jabula has 6 outlets today ,
4 in the Golden Acre Mall , 1 in the Middestad Mall in Bellville and another in the Liberty Promenade in Mitchells Palin , all in Cape Town .
We have highly skilled stylists , a service we have been offering for over 10 years , in store application .
We retail Brazilian Human hair , alongside Indian , Malaysian , Chinese , Indian Temple Hair and Peruvian branded as Jabula . We also retail brand names such Frika , ISIS , Joedier , Chocolate and many other house hold brand names .
We also have a beauty and nail bar , this is new , but is seemingly growing in popularity .
We now have an online store whereby we deliver nationwide and across the borders . Noticed a good response from Lesotho , Botswana and Namibia .We will be drop shipping , meaning we will retail online company's like ISIS , which we are in the process of organizing . There are other companies that we are negotiating with to do the same , this allows access to products customers / clients need at their finger tips . It is Jabula's duty to reach out to those are not in our region to come to us . We are expanding wit our online presence via utilizing social media marketing , such as our Facebook , Twitter and Instagram . These tools for biz as spiked business to a higher level .
