We provide a Project Management Service to the Retail industry, where we liaise with design and print companies of clients' choosing to collect/distribute and install their marketing campaigns that go in stores.

We have also partnered with one of the most sought-after media and print businesses in the industry which allows us to leverage off their experience and technology to ensure our clients receive the best quality at the best prices for all their design and print production off vinyls, wallpapers, signage and any other signage/marketing/advertising material whether it be manufacturing of any displays/signage in wood, metal and perspex.

We currently have operational teams in CPT/DBN/JHB/PE/BLM/EL who will handle all my instore and window installations in their chosen stores. These teams are trained and possess the necessary skills to handle and complete all campaigns remotely and autonomously. This is a key part of the business as implementations has to be done within the agreed SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). I will remain the main point of contact for all customers to ensure that there is a smooth process flow as well as a well organized escalation process.
