Try and contact this store.....its absurd.....whether you try and contact them on their cellular, landline, e-mail....nobody answers....EVAAAAA.....go to the store and be prepared to take breakfast lunch and supper without a body break.......ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

No one ever answers the phone -
I need to upgrade 2 contracts

The customer service received is never good when upgrading your phone at this store
last time it took me 4 hours in store and had to call a manager to get service

I will keep trying to get through on the 0838691420 -
however - its been 20 min and i still cant get anyone to answer the phone

I have applied so many times for a contract by MTN, and my father aswell and got told we will get a call back but never did. got better service at the competitor.
