I noticed an underground leak between my main stopcock and the house one morning. Once I had turned off the stopcock, I telephoned John Hardie from Top Gas and Plumbing and, without hesitation, he said he would pop around after he had completed the job he was busy with.
I was thrilled that he kept in touch, letting me know when he was on his way to me - something that most folk don't do nowadays. He arrived on time with his assistant and gave me fantastic service from start to finish. He provided me with quality customer service, was reliable and honest as well as polite and respectful - rare qualities.
I would have no hesitation in using John's services again and would recommend him to anyone needing a real gentleman to attend to plumbing issues. Thank you so much, John - you are one in a million.

We experienced a problem with our gas installation at home. I made a call to John Hardie from Top Gas and Plumbing, who was very professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. John went way beyond the brief and provided an excellent prompt service, and very useful advice. I highly recommend his services.
