Excellent service from Shirzadi. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel so welcome. I was able to bring the rug home to see how it would look with my furnishings and it looks beautiful so I am keeping it. Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance. We will definitely be back when we need another rug.
Our 9 month old puppy took a piece out the the side of our Kelim that we had bought from Persian Elegance. True to their word that they can make a carpet from scratch they had to build a loom to carry out the repairs which they did efficiently, neatly and quickly. The repair is hardly noticable and was also reasonable in price! They are friendly and great to deal with and highly recommended.
Excellent service! I was treated with the utmost respect and all my questions were answered (I asked a LOT of questions) . Im very happy with my carpet and will definitely be going back for future cleaning and repairs.
