All contractors on our projects are required to be NHBRC registered (where applicable), COIDA compliant, and fully insured (Public Liability & CAR). We ensure compliance with SANS building regulations and OHS requirements before any project begins.

The scope included demolition, plumbing adjustments, waterproofing, retiling, and installation of new sanitaryware. We managed contractor scheduling, quality checks, and milestone-based payments. Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?We work primarily with private residential homeowners on renovation and improvement projects. Due to client privacy and POPIA compliance, we do not publish customer details publicly. Traceable references can be provided upon request during the formal quotation process.
Do you provide any guarantee of your workmanship and/or services. If yes, please share the details here.Yes. Projects include a defects liability period (typically 3–6 months depending on scope). Workmanship-related issues reported within this period are assessed and rectified. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed on to the client where applicable.
