I was offered a conteact by smart mobile last year. And in November my sim card was closed andthe reasoni was given was that it was not used for more than three months which was not true. So since November 2019 i have been calling every week to have my sim card replaced and all i get is that the matter is being escalated. This matter has been escalated since November 2019 and every week its being escalated but its now August 2020 it is still being escalated but i have not got my sim card as yet. When ever i want to speak to one of the senior managers i am denied that chance. All i can say is that smart mobile are crooks. They debit my money every month, yet they dont give me my sim card
