We discovered that our well point was not functioning a few months ago. After contacting Ty, he confirmed a consultation with me and was punctual and professional. After an hour of trying to get the well point to work (there are more accurate words to describe this process, however, I am not a well/borehole expert, call Ty for that), Ty explained that our well point had dried up. I appreciate his expertise and his attempts to rectify the situation. Ty then sent over a reasonable quote to drill for a new well point somewhere else on the property. I highly recommended his services!
