Started out in my townhouse as a Daymother with 6 babies and an assistant. It grew so rapidly that after six years moved to bigger premises.
Since 2003 until currently have an average of 30 children.
In July of 2012 we moved to Wynberg as we had to have business rights to operate from the premises as per The Department of Social Development's new rules to be Registered.
We have a security guard on duty and all the necessary security measurements are in place namely; electric fencing; a camera at the entrance inside and showing the street view also; emergency buttons plus a 24 hour medical emergency service.
We cater for working parents so we only take full day children from the ages of 6 weeks till 5/6 years old.
We strive to be non-denominational and the children are taught and spoken to in English and their morning ring has Afrikaans and Xhosa rhymes and songs which are taught.
They are given a healthy breakfast and lunch prepared by our cook. No pork, ham or bacon is allowed in the premises.
We are open throughout the year closing on Public holidays and over December/January for our annual leave that is due to us plus a few extra days over Easter.
