Overeaters Anonymous is a programme of recovery from compulsive eating in its numerous forms: overeating, bulimia and anorexia.

We use the Twelve Steps & Twelve Traditions as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. Worldwide meetings and other tools provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope.

There is a solution to the disease of compulsive overeating. We respect one anothers' anonymity and share the programme of recovery with fellow sufferers.
