Uthembeni Project Management is a South African project management, contracting and construction services company. It has created employment, developed skills, applied technology and delivered infrastructure throughout Cape Town. The company offers electrical, plumbing, general building and infrastructure development services at affordable prices. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, no job is too big or too small for us.
Uthembeni Project Management is owned and managed by Jody-lee Williams. Jody-lee, in his capacity as Managing Member has over 14 years experience in small business management.
Uthembeni Project Management is registered with:
• The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) Established to protect the interest of housing consumers and to regulate the home building industry, no company can legally enter into the construction of a residential dwelling / development without this accreditation. Bond institutions will not enter into agreements or pay out bonds for projects unless the project contractor is registered, and the project itself is enrolled with, the NHBRC.
• The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Established to provide leadership to stakeholders and to stimulate sustainable growth, reform and improvement of the construction sector for effective delivery and the industry’s enhanced role in the country’s economy.
We are also a Level 1 B-BBEE company.

We also do renovations and alterations to existing structures. With years of experience in the trade we have secured a network of professionals in all the different trades to build or maintain residential homes, high rise buildings, factories and/or office blocks
