NOTE: As per the South African Labor Relations Act candidates/job seekers are not charged for services.

Our Services
• We meet with every candidate considered for a vacancy to get a feel for how the candidate will align with your company’s culture and core values.
• We do the head hunting via various platforms to save you time! We compile and present a one-page snapshot of candidates that match to the brief provided or the closest to it, we will not submit candidate snapshots that do not meet the brief provided.
• We advertise via various job boards; however, we have found that candidates in the tech sector do not look for opportunities on job boards such as Indeed, Career Junction etc.
• Requested vetting processes are done through MIE vetting services. Vetting will be discussed and agreed to during the first brief.
• While our placement fee is pegged at 12.5%, we are however mindful of the fact that smaller company’s may not be able to afford the rate mentioned and we are open to negotiations a rate that suits you.
• To help with cash flow Pure Placements offers a variety of payment options to suit the size of your company, whether the position is permanent or for a fixed term.
• Pure Placements (PTY) Ltd is a BBBEE Level 4 Contributor.
