It is with great disapointment that the service offered and promised to us consumers is often misleading. I purchase my reanult sandero stepway in April 2016, earlier in March 2017 i reported that my USB slot is no longer functioning. I was asked to bring the car for inspection,which i did,and i was told the whole car sterio will need to be replaced at a cost of R9000. I found that to be ridiculous as my brand new car is under warranty. I was told i will be contacted to be updated as to what is my next step as to getting it fixed, until today i have not heard from them. This is frustrating as this is a new car. I was promised that my warranty covers aspects of the vehicles defects. Your services regarding customer satisfaction is dismal to say the least. I would not even recommend any of my friends to you.
