Plumber is not PIRB registered, told me he is and charged me R3500 for a PIRB certificate. Later said he is not a PIRB registered plumber. Is not answering calls and messages regarding paying the R3500 back.

Yes we give a guarantee according to the job and type of material we use.. example we install a qwekot geyser its only 5years warranty there is no way we can give guarantee for more than 5years......
