On our telephony products we offer a 5 year warranty for any factory faults or equipment faults that may occur. Our CCTV products has a 3 year return policy if its an out of box failure. So at anytime during that 3 years your cameras start giving problems and its an equipment problem we supply a new one with no equipment charge. All our products come with a 12 month maintenance free contract (T&C apply)
