I was diagnosed with estopenia and osteoporosis in my left hip and lower back. I also had a shoulder injury and suffered from a lot of pain. I am so very grateful to Gino, who is instrumental in rehabilitating, strenghening and improving the mobility in my shoulder. I am pain free and my body is stronger, my balance has improved and I am doing exercises on a weekly basis that I thought I would never be able to do. Gino is very kind, softly spoken and is very focused on the health of his patients which is his top priority. He continues to guide me in improving my overall health, strenght and fitness.
Gino is professional in the way he conducts himself and is helping me get back to strength and have seen a huge improvement in just a month, not only from a physical perspective but a mental perspective as well. Gino is very knowledgable and I feel that I am in very capable hands during his gym sessions.
