Sue Ann has been my Travel Agent for over 8 years. She is much more than your bog standard Travel Agent, Sue Ann is available at virtually any time of day, evening, weekends, holidays, ALWAYS available and sees things through. On occasion, my travel itinerary can get rather complex and is almost always "last second", but she handles it in her stride, even from her hospital bed!! I cannot recommend her highly enough.
