Not happy with service received from this investigator, paid him R3500 in full against my better judgements to help me find a missing person in August 2019. Not only have I not received any information from this PI even after promising to. I have to constantly be the one nudging him for feedback, I have not received any valuable info, SAPS has actually done a better job than him in helping me with this case. I would love to get my money back. As I have not received my monies worth,

I am sorry to say that this client is not being honest at all. Firstly she only appointed me on Sept 24. Secondly she could only provide a name and surname. No date of birth or ID number. I proceeded to trace 39 individuals with the same name. I reported to her on that, including the ID number of each. Then i followed up on a different spelling of the name and traced another 24 people. One of which matched the age of the subject. That person was traced and visited but it was not the missing person. All this was reported to the client. A more extensive written report with more details of our efforts was submitted to her on March 2, 2020.
