I handed in an item for dry-cleaning on 10 July 2019, and paid the full dry-cleaning fee upfront. SWAN Dry-Cleaners in Centurion lost my item. Four months later I haven't even had my dry-cleaning fee already paid refunded, despite trying to follow-up with the owner of the Company on numerous occasions. The professionalism is shocking and Customer Service extremely poor.
