Our organisation helps employers to operate effectively by helping them to remove employees who not contribute to the organisation promptly and in a compliant manner whilst helping them to retain those employees who are valuable and contributors. Our services include investigating disciplinary incidents, chairing and initiating disciplinary hearings, representing clients at the CCMA and bargaining councils and sometimes the Labour Court. We also provide labour relations training covering management , supervisor skills as well as labour relations training. In addition, we offer services within the HR domain which include conducting competency assessments, job analysis, job evaluations, remuneration structuring and the like. We have conducted several thousands of successful disciplinary hearings, conciliations and arbitrations and have saved organisations hundreds of thousands of rands in litigation costs.
