We offer a 3 month guarantee on workmanship excluding blocked drains. This is void if the product is misused, altered, tampered with or is installed or used in a manner that is inconsistent with specifications and/or instruction, or fails to perform to normal wear and tear. We do not take any responsibility for damage caused by faulty factory parts.
