Flintstone Products was established by 2 families bringing both passion and expertise for all things concrete. Flintstone Products is a pre-cast concrete manufacturing business. We manufacture and supply simulated stone paving, cladding, lintels, kerbing, cement bricks and blocks and then Fibre Cement Planter Products. We are able to custom design to specification in any of the afore mentioned products.
We have 3 specialised divisions:
• Flintstone Paving – Simulated Stone Paving and Cladding;
• Flintstone Pots – Fibre Cement Planters Products;
Pre Cast Walling -
• Cement Stone Products – Lintels, Kerbing and Cement Stock Bricks.
Situated at 199 London Lane, Mnandi AH, Centurion we have located all 3 manufacturing plants on one site. We believe in the empowerment and growth of local communities and therefore structured the employment of people from the local communities, This empowerment results in training initiatives within this specialised field of manufacturing.
Flintstone’s staff compliment consists of between 10 – 30 staff members per division. We are firm believers in a non-gender based employment system and therefore have a staff compliment of both men and women.
Having all 3 divisions situated at one address gives us the ability to ensure that the product’s result is of a high standard where quality is not compromised.
The company has experience spanning over 20 years in the manufacture of simulated stone paving, cement bricks, in the building industry and Fibre Cement Planters.
All moulds are manufactured in house, as such we can accommodate changes, challenges or special requirements within our paving and pottery divisions on special request.
Quality of base materials will never be compromised and therefore we ensure products of the highest standard.
Managing our own transport and logistics ensures collection of most of our processing materials as well as timeous delivery of our products directly to our clients. This further enhances our cost based material model, where we try and ensure the best quality at the best market related price.
We cater for all markets, private/individual clients, construction and wholesale/trade industry.
Our own sales teams will always ensure that the client’s needs are always put first. We strive on continuous and direct contact with our clients to ensure service of the highest delivery.
As a family based business we operate a tight disciplined administration and production line to render expected service and product as required by all our clients.
We are Level 4 BBEE compliant, Safety and Health Compliant and are awaiting accreditation with Concrete Manufacturers Association (CMA) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
