I ordered a beautiful Nguni skin and was impressed by the ease of the site for ordering and payment. I then received an email with the name of the courier company, tracking number and expected time of delivery. I was unable to track the parcel but Tarryn at Nguni Home Decor followed up and found the courier site was experiencing problems but the parcel was in transit. On receipt of the parcel I phoned her and was bowled over by her friendliness and helpfulness regarding the care of the skin. To top it off there were beautiful complementary coasters in the parcel. I will happily order from them again and will certainly recommend them.
