What training and/or membership affiliations do you have that relates to your work?I was trained as a technician in Telkom qualifying in 1985 I went on to study further and qualified as a Diploma Technologist in 1987. I have been certified to install and maintain Aristel, Karel, Siemens and NEC PBX systems.
Describe a recent project that you have completed.I have just provided internet connectivity and a new NEC PBX system with SIP trunks to replace the Telkom lines that had been down for several weeks at Glenwood Presbyterian Church.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?I am just checking with a few customers, who I have taken care of for many years if they are happy to provide reviews and references.
Do you provide any guarantee of your workmanship and/or services. If yes, please share the details here.All new PBX installations have the first year maintenance included and in the unlikely event of something going wrong I attend to it without billing the customer.
