I obtained my BCom and BCom Honours degrees in Financial Accountancy at the North-West University in 2011. I served my articles at a well established medium-sized accounting firm in Klerksdorp where I gained experience in accounting practices for clients across a number of industries.
After completing my articles, I qualified as a Professional Accountant (SA) and worked as an associate at a medium-sized accounting firm in Pretoria. I then worked as a senior accountant at a national retail franchisor managing the accounts of 16 franchise outlets.
I have also worked as the financial manager at a large national car dealership before opening my own accounting practice, TruEast Accounting and Taxation (Pty) Ltd.
My objective is to provide excellent quality and professional accounting services, particularly to small to medium-size businesses.
I have been a full member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) since 2015.
