Boundary Beacon Relocation Surveys-
Property beacons are relocated/replaced, and a land surveyor's beacon certificate is issued.
Topographical Surveys-
These are done based on the normal requirements of architects for the design purposes of a project. The survey depicts all visible existing infrastructural services, swimming pool, edges of roads/tar, parking area, stormwater and foul manhole inverts, and generally all street furniture, if any have been installed, and a sufficient number of spot heights to depict the topography of the land.
Engineering Surveys-
This involves construction surveys whereby engineers' design plans are used to
determine the positions on the ground of structures to be built. This involves
setting out columns, and roads, building corners, and monitoring these
structures as they are constructed
The Planning, Creation, and Maintenance of Property require the services of a Professional Land Surveyor by Law.
