Waterproofing: Approved Applicator
We do all aspects of waterproofing
• Torch on = (Derbigum), 3 and 4mm
Torch on is mainly used on flat top roofs but can also be used on verandas and suspended parking decks (cars or buildings underneath)
• Membranes = Bitumen/Acrylic emulsions and membrane
• Liquid Bitumen and membrane
• Latex cement mixtures and membrane
Examples = showers, roof flashing, fish ponds, dams, verandas,
Damp Proofing:
Rising Damp = Moisture is rising up from the foundation of a building in to the walls causing paint to peal or damage cement
Lateral Damp = Soil levels behind a wall or building is higher than the inside, so moisture starts pushing through the brick work causing moisture damage on the inside
We repair damp both from the inside (negative side) and from the outside, if possible to reach (positive side)
Roofing or Re- roofing
In conjunction with waterproofing is roofing, where we cover the following areas:
