I am extremely unhappy with this installer. He arrived to install my dish and left while it was restarting on the Saturday. I informed him that it was still not working and said he would return to fix it in 2 hours. I called and messaged him to ho avail. I eventually called from my relatives phone number and he answered so it was obvious he was ignoring my calls. He came back on Monday afternoon after I called him from work. He said the decoder is faulty. I got a new decoder and I still have no signal. I haven't been able to watch DSTV in 3 weeks. I called him yesterday and he said I should call him so he would talk me through what I need to do. Called him from home and he said he was busy cleaning his yard and would call me after. he has not called. I called a few minutes ago and still he wont answer. His service is less than poor. I should have lost my temper by now but have tried so hard to be patient but he just doesnt seem to care now that he has been paid.
