me and my colleagues ordered combo burgers and chips from the branch in montclair
when the delivery arrived we found what we ordered was not to our satisfaction.
so i called the branch and complained to the Manager Isaac. he immediately attended
to our complaints and within minutes he replaced our order.

this was excellent customer service.
i thank u isaac. may we have many more
people like u. u have taken customer service to the next level
