I had never used Andrew's services before. He replied within 5 minutes of my posting a request for help on Snupit. He worked really long hours to help me and I went home with a clean, fully functioning machine. Andrew is now helping me to access other hardware. I will use his service again. Thank you Andrew.

Re-format laptop. Several problems with Windows/Office and others. Problems which started with not being able to renew subscriptions on time (eg Office 365). When I was able to re-subscribe many programs had locked files and were corrupted. Andrew Harrison sorted out the problems for me in double quick time. 100% satisfied
