I would like to commend the service of a lady that went beyond her call of duty to assist me. Cookie did a remarkable clean up in my flat after it was used by a family on vacation. Together with her team they removed stubborn stains from my carpets and upholstery & even did a thorough clean leaving my apartment sparkling. I highly recommend Thalente cleaning and business solutions!! Service doesn't get better than this!
Moving into a new home is so exciting but to my horror the carpets in my new home were dull and dirty, I tried numerous carpet cleaning detergents but failed. I called Cookie to have a look and give me a quote. She was such a joy to deal with and so accommodating. Never before have I seen such a hands on approach in which she actually took a scrubbing brush and began to clean as well. When they were done my carpets were vibrant and back to the original colour. I have recently contacted Thalente for a carpet and lounge suite clean, the personnel from Thalente was really friendly and was able to come out the following day! She was on time and her staff was neatly dressed and very professional. Thalente and her teams work is thorougher and I would definitely use Thalente again, our carpets and lounge suite is as good as new!
