Had the worse experience ever. They damaged my chandeliers,microwave oven .Used a different outsourced company to deliver my stuff from Durban to cape Town. Shaun refused to give me a refund

They moved my furniture from KZN to JHB. Their services was very good and professional.

transferred goods, efficient and courteous service provided

Very bad service ever don’t even think about it because you will regret paying your money

Poor Service Waited almost 9 hours to receive my delivery from Durban to Pietermaritzburg that is a distance of not more than 80 km , excuses loading truck from 15:00 pm to midnight , worst service delivery . an inconvenience to myself as I had to travel back to Durban to be at work the next morning , also no Business ethics at all , can you deliver at 1:00 am at a gated complex? Making arrangements for delivery on a Saturday after 15:00 pm and delivery being made at 1:00 am the next morning , is this how you do plan ? only when as the customer enquire's then feedback is provided , inconvenience your customer . I am sure you will learn from this outcome that Customer Service is imperative in your business as poor service is not the way to go.

WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY KEPT OUR FURNITURE FOR 5 DAYS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BEFORE DELIVERING. WE WERE LEFT WITHOUT CLOTHES AND BLANKETS AS EVERYTHING WAS ON THE TRUCK. WE WERE LIED TO, BECAUSE THEY TOLD US THAT THEY ARE GOING STRAIGHT TO OUR NEW ADRESS TO DELIVER (WE MOVED FROM KZN TO JHB) OUR FRIDGE AND CLOTHING WAS DAMAGED WHEN WE FINALLY HAD ALL OUR STUFF DELIVERED..... I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. STAY FAR AWAY
