I came with my medical aid in my phone because I have changed options. The receptionist asks that I speak with accounts department.The ladies at the accounts have no customer service at all. On top of that she is demonstrating all of her unprofessionalism in front of clients. It was my first visit and I'm very disappointed with the first experience. Since I'm from CT I was hoping I will have a long and healthy relationship. Front line employees should know better that they are the face of any organization.
