Hi. I can recommend to anyone looking for a storage. Their units are clean and safe. I kept my things there for almost 6months. When I went to collect my things they were all in good shape. None of them was damaged.Staff are very helpful and friendly.On the 30th of November 2022 i was Ther to take my things since it was my last day and my unit was given to someone else from the 1st of December. I was there the whole day from 7am to 5am. The logistic company I was waiting for didn't come. Self storage lady bought me food to eat because I was hungry and have no money to buy food. She even help me by phoning this company and emailed them. I also did that but this logistic company blue tick me from whatsapp and my calls went straight to answering machine.At 16:45 at East London Self Storage the lady there assisted me to find another place and transport to take my goods.They are so helpful and willing to help always.Thank you East London self storage. You are the best
