Being the victims of poor service in our country, we,as South Africans have sat back and allowed it to become part of our existence. Why should it be? Today I took my pool pump into Norman’s Pool Centre. Drew Taylor was on hand to assist me with a friendly smile and reassurance that they would fix my pump and give me a call when done. I had a few odds and ends on the list to complete which I just managed to do before l got a voice message saying my pool pump was ready to go. This was service beyond the proverbial extra mile. Drew knows I live out at Cintsa East and saved me a trip back to collect it at a later date. TALK ABOUT SERVICE. To all the staff, thank you, thank you. I have installed it and my water is once agin filtering. I can highly recommend Norman’s Pool Center.

I have just bought a property with a pool that needed some TLC, I decided to visit Norman's Pool center just to have a chat to them about the challenges I was facing with the pool, to my surprise, I met two guys by the names Justin and Drew, these guys were amazing, they made me to feel at home and it felt as if I had known these guys for years, they were professional, friendly and most of all, these guys know their biscuits when it comes to pools. With all the advise they gave me I'm glad to say that my pool looks fantastic and it cost me virtually nothing, these guys could have taken me for a ride and made me to buy expensive equipment as I knew nothing about pools, but it was the direct opposite. these guys are the best in the business, and I would recommend Normans pool center to anyone whose looking for good advise and excellent service on pools.
