Collected my vehicle last week, thank you to Elegant Square panel beaters for a great Job.
The staff was very friendly, and they always kept me updated.

What pathetic and unprofessional service I got . My car went to them as one of the pannelbeaters recommended by my insurance company. Rodent damages and a small rust spot repaired at the front windscreen. After a week i made inquiry regarding the status of my vehicle and was informed that all is on track and that only the rust spot needs to be repaired. After another week I enquired again and was told the windscreen was fitted and I would get my vehicle back on the Monday. I phone the Monday and Avi said he will check in the status and will get back to me . Still waiting for a response from him. I decided to go and look for myself. I went to reception and was told by a lady that where the rust was, was sprayed and it was busy drying. Lied to me twice by them. I checked on the status of my vehicle and nothing was done for 2 weeks . I arrange with my insurance to have my vehicles released and taken elsewhere. No apology from any one. I would not recommend that place to anybody.

There is nothing elegant about these clowns, they lie to people daily, there is a specialist liar called Avi, he is the worst ever. My car has been with them for over 5 months and I havnt got it back yet, they keep feeding me lies, Avi promised me some progress pictures because apparently i couldnt step in the workshop and physically see my car cos of PPE, Elegant Square is garbage, there is no two ways about it.

Bad bad service.They give you the run around telling you lies.my vehicle was kept with them for 3 weeks.The sms's they sent me did not add up.Today they are painting your car,2 days later its in for panel beating..they feed you lies.so this day i was supposed to get my vehicle back..sms comes in saying that the vehicle is in the assembling dept.we were fed up and decided to go there.when we got there unannounced the car was standing in the parking area.clearly it was done and ready for collection.we called the individual who is very good at feeding us lies,all of a sudden we were told that the vehicle is ready and will be polished..meanwhile same afternoon they had said it was in the assembling dept..What a bad and pathetic service.These people do no not care about their customers at all.They suck!!!

My husband has been waiting for his car for 5 months, when he calls no one gives him a straight answer, last week he was told he will get his car this week, but when he called today they are still busy with the same thing they claimed they are busy with last week!!!..we have been patient with them, but now it is too much
