Seeing a therapist may feel overwhelming, and perhaps you feel emotionally weak, but it takes great courage to acknowledge the problems you may be experiencing.

Perhaps you are struggling to make a decision about a particular problem or are concerned with more serious issues at work or at home, or perhaps you just need someone to talk to for a change of perspective or guidance.

Therapy may take a few sessions or may require a longer investment in the process for deeper understanding to happen. But it is important to commit before deciding this isn't for you.

I work predominantly with adults and enjoy working with a number of issues and life challenges and find my work very rewarding.

I completed my undergraduate and honours in Psychology at Rhodes University and went on to complete a certificate in Business and Life Coaching at the University of Johannesburg. Following this I worked in people development and employee wellness. Later I finished my MA Counselling Psychology at Wits and am currently practicing in Edenvale (Dowerglen, Dunvegan, Elma Park).
