Eagle Blue Property Management do not care for the home owners, my property is not maintained, they completely ignore my requests and the only time I heard from them is when they sent the sheriff of the court to attach my goods over arrears levies during a time a time I fell ill. They completely refused to a reasonable payment plan of R2000 pm, then even after paying 65k upfront, they still sent the sheriff for the legal fees in the same month of paying the 65k. Cannot wait to sell my property, no compassion and just not nice people. Hidden costs in contract with exorbitant interest rates at your expense. So dishonest!

Eagle Blue are managing agents, operating from offices in 7th Avenue, Edenvale and have been in the property management industry since 1999.

We carry a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agency Affairs Board. Further to this we have completed Sectional Title and Homeowners Association courses with the University of Cape Town, under the Paddocks Learning banner.

We are voluntary members of NAMA and have signed their Code of Conduct, therefore ensuring that we act in the best interests of our clients at all times. Further to this, in order to ensure legal compliance, we are registered with the Debt Collectors Council of South Africa and are FICA officers.

We strive to offer the best possible service, guiding our clients in their decisions, ensuring that the legal obligations in of the Sectional Titles Act and the Companies Act, (where applicable) are complied with.
