On 05/01/2018 @ 12h48 I was on my way back from holiday to Jhb. While filling up my tank, the attendant, Sifiso, didn't replace my cap. When I contacted the manager, Dees, on 06/01/2018, he assured me that they found the cap and it would be couriered to us. Today, 11/01/2018, after numerous attemts to phone him and smsed him, still no reply. I still need an answer!!
This is the worst Shell I have ever been to. Stopped at 06:05 am and 5 petrol attendants were standing in a group, after 10 minutes I had to ask them to assist me. Pathetic service Shell!!!!!!
