I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Rayhaan Moosa at Audio Prof, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Moosa's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my visit. He is truly caring, honest, and dedicated to his patients. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensured I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. His genuine compassion and remarkable skills make him an outstanding doctor. I left the appointment feeling confident and grateful for the exceptional care I received. He also added a personal touch to the visit, which shows he caters individually to each of his patients. I received excellent service from Dr. Moosa. He explained every step of the way, and he deep cleaned my ears from years of build up, where other doctors just cleaned on the surface. He took his time and tested my hearing after cleaning my ears and patiently discussed my results and made some recommendations. My hearing is excellent, thanks again Dr. Moosa.

Good evening my name is Nelisa I went to see Doctor Moosa today 18/10/2023 wow wow guys what an excellent service I got he took me step by step of what he is going to do we spent three to 4 hours max , the tests he conducted on my ears guys I think what he is charging for starters is way less like he loves what he is doing he is so passionate of his work now I am preaching to my siblings my friends everyone that is close to me to go have their ears checked because prevention is better than cure if I had to choose an Audiologist again I would still going to choose Dr Moosa big up sir we your patients highly appreciates to have you as our Audiologist thank you today you have taught me a lot you are one in a million.

It is with great honor and appreciation to have this opportunity to share my experience with Dr. Moosa.

I came in with my ears blocked on both sides and I couldn't believe how all that changed in a period of 2 hours. I was comfortably assessed and taken through each and every step of the hearing assesment.

Throughout the hearing assessment, I found Dr. Moosa to be very patient because he answered every question taking his time to explaining the functions of my ear and even illustating using his charts for a better understanding.

I would personally recommend to anyone to improve their hearing because of my experience with him.

We found him to be very thorough in his hearing assessment that he conducted on wife and myself.

He answered all our questions and explained each and every detail to us.

He took his time in drawing pictures which illustrated the importance of all the components of the human ear

He definitely re-assured us in terms of any fears or concerns that we had.

The functionality and features of the hearing devices was explained and demonstrated in detail.

He is definitely an expert on OPTICON hearing aids.

He took his time and did not rush through anything.
