Mr Moosa's service was incredible! He first explained the anatomy of the human ear , the problem my dad was experiencing ,the psychological impact of hearing loss on an individual and how their family can offer support to them. He then went on to prescribe appropriate hearing aids for my dad ,taught him how to use them, take care of them and Mr Moosa even connected the hearing aids to his device .What I admired the most is that he was patient and answered all our questions as a family. I highly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a hearing problem!
