The practice was established in 1997 and has been involved in the execution of a wide range of projects ranging from Retail Centres, Residential Complexes, Vacation Resorts, Schools, Churches, Office Park Developments, Private Upmarket Residences and the refurbishment of existing buildings. As Architects we are concerned with the delivery of quality, which is manifested in both service and product.
The practice engages in a process of determining the needs and desires of each Client and strive to balance these with the location, views, climate, budget and legal constraints specific to each project. Through this process we explore, discover and develop a concept of "what the building wants to be" and then set about realizing this vision with the Client. Our aim is to produce works of architecture and not mere buildings.
To maintain and monitor its high standards, the practice believes in a "hands on" approach so as to control all stages of the project from design stage to the final built form.
