The company was formed in March 1999 and is domiciled in Germiston, East of Gauteng
Installation and commissioning of new equipments is carried out under my strict supervision.
As for myself, I have been in the industry for 20 years working for various air-conditioning contractors, notably Winner, Panasonic and Alcon vent. The latter, is where I gained most of my experience mainly in ventilation, extraction, ducted package split units. I am capable of undertaking heat-load calculations on the “loudest” system and equipment selection done on the “Capcalc” computer programmed which selects criteria received and converts the information into scientific proposal based on sensible temperatures, air-volumes, static pressures and more importantly, fresh air changes. Not with standing the foregoing, I am fully conversant with selecting air-conditioning ducts and allied accessories.
Our company offers equipments by the S.A.B.S applicable to imported goods as well as locally manufactured console air-conditioners. Our own preferred makes, however are:- McQuay; Samsung; Carrier; York; Daiken; LG; Eco Aire; and Defy. The importers and distributors of these make carry the necessary range of spares required on a day-to-day basis. Replacements unit quoted for will be assessed accordingly for the correct application and for pricing alone.
In an existing competitive market, we are able to offer our clients the best service at Competitive rates and can attest to this by mentioning that some of our customers include ESKOM, GMLC, Technikon Northern Province and Transnet. We also offer our services to contractors such as Brivis who carry out servicing for the Pep Stores in Gauteng, Northern Province and Free State, SHAMUS RENNIE, EARLY COOLING and TURBO VENT.
It would therefore be greatly appreciated if your company could consider us in respect of the above for servicing and maintenance of air-conditioner units. We are quite happy to carry out work initially on an Ad-Hock basic, at contract prices until such time as you are completely satisfied with our performance, whereby consideration can be given to signing a service agreement with all the benefits encumbered therein.
