All new installation got 100% guaranteed depending on the service provided. Pool guaranteed for 10 years if it is new. Pools renovations are given 5 years guarantee. On water backup up systems and borehole services are guaranteed for 5 years however electric appliances comes with 2 year warranty mostly which means after two years if pump fails the owner will buy a new one on his expense
