Excellent Customer Care! After an unfortunate incident, when I purchased an HP Printer from Makro Germiston and, on returning home, discovered the disc and a cable missing; and after I emailed Makro, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting that I be brought a new (complete) replacement printer, with someone to assist in setting it up (because I had been inconvenienced), I had a call from the Manager and, today (two days later) have had a visit from a Sales Manager and Sales Assistant, with a new printer - now happily installed. Incredible service! Thank you. I shall be a customer of Makro Germiston in the future.
